Elco Glen housing complex is a 32-unit multi-tenant independent living facility for the low income elderly, handicapped or disabled individuals of any age.  This facility is situated on six acres of land conveniently located adjacent to Elk Regional Health Center.

Each unit includes a private kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.  Common space features include a kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as laundry, office and storage spaces.

Each apartment is connected to an emergency response system, enabling the tenant to signal for help if necessary.  The building is secured by a locked-door intercom system.

Parking is available for tenants who have their own cars.

Transportation is available through ATA.
