The Elk Regional Health System Foundation was established to develop financial resources for the Health System.

The Foundation works with the Elk Regional Health System Auxiliary on several annual fund raising projects, including the Golf Classic, Gift Shop, ReSale Shop, Thrift Shop, and Memorial and Endowment Funds. In addition, The Foundation awards the the Elk County Diabetes Scholarship and the Kathryn Kilhoffer Walsh Nursing Scholarship annually to senior high school students pursuing careers in nursing.
